August 2009 - Cut-Off Date for Changes to FY09 Data: The cut-off date for making changes to FY09 data in IMAS will be September 1, 2009. You can still make student separations after this date for students whose last date of attendance/testing was before July 1, 2009. Please remember that the date of separation is the last date of attendance/testing and not the date the separation was entered.

July 2009 - Class Transfer Function: The Class Transfer Function is now working.

July 2009 - Gain Indicator Bars: Because of the fiscal year rollover, the green bars have all changed to red. Although it doesn't look as though students lost credit for a gain, those gains were counted for last FY and do not show on that screen anymore. The counter only shows for gains obtained in the current fiscal year.

July, 2009 - Post Testing: Please note that the Idaho Assessment Policy has been updated regarding post-testing. The minimum number of hours required for post testing has been changed to 40. All post-tests conducted below 60 hours must have a post-test exception file on record. For more information, please refer to the post-test exceptions guidance.

June, 2009 - Student Seperations: Student Seperations by the State will be conducted at 105 days instead of 120 days. Programs are responsible for conducting seperations after 90 days, however, if a program fails to seperate a student, the State will do so after 105 days. The State will not check records prior to seperating students and some data may be lost if this occurs. It is to program's benifits to seperate students at the appropriate time to ensure all information for a student has been collected and counted.
