The Idaho FFA and the National FFA Organization provide individual and team career development events, award programs, leadership conferences, and other activities to help students achieve success and develop career goals and lifetime skills. IMPORTANT PROFICIENCY INFORMATION:
Proficiency applications should not have any current year information listed. Do not "open a new book" with current year data in the application. All information and data should end on December 31 of the year prior to the current year of application submission.
Proficiency award applications must have a minimum of one complete year of SAE records and FFA membership to be eligible for state submission. There is no minimum age or grade level standing to submit a proficiency award application.

Degrees for FFA Members
New community service hour requirements for degree candidates effective January 1, 2011
State FFA Degree Starting in 2013, FFA members must submit their state FFA degree using either the National FFA American Degree form or the modified degree application generated by AET. Record books for the degree can be organized by either AET or the traditional Idaho Excel record book found here.
www.theaet.com All star candidates must use the National FFA Star Battery, with Idaho exclusions (see checklist below) starting in 2012.
