Idaho FFA Career Development Events

Career development events are activities that allow students to learn more about agricultural areas they are interested in. That knowledge is put to the test when students get the opportunity to challenge themselves in industry based competency exercises in a variety of agriculture and leadership scenarios.  CDEs are based upon the general curricular areas covered in a typical agriculture class throughout the nation. Idaho offers 22 industry-based CDEs at the state level that cover broad areas of agricultural education and the agriculture industry in Idaho.
