Updates to Idaho's IFSAC Accredited Certification Program

  • Effective July 1, 2009, anyone testing for fire fighter I, including retests, will be required to test on Haz Mat Operations - written and skills.
  • Live-Fire testing requirement to begin January 1, 2009 (PDF 31K) **Revised policy as of November 25, 2008
  • FFI, FFII and Haz Mat Operations skill sheets have been updated to include the evaluation criteria: "Did candidate perform the skill swiftly, safely, and with competence?"
 

REMINDER - Certificate Renewal: Idaho issued IFSAC accreditated certificates that have an expiration date of January 1, 2010 need to be renewed prior to the expiration date.
