Training Requests

Training requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the start date of training. This will help us continue to offer quality training programs.

All training requests need to have instructor arrangements made and confirmed prior to submitting the course request to EST.  If you need assistance in identifying a qualified instructor for the requested course, contact EST for a list of instructors in your geographical area.

Courses that are conducted over more than two consecutive days require an "Action Plan" that covers:

  • Topics covered

  • When and how often the class will meet

  • Number of hours per training session, and

  • If using multiple instructors, list the number of classes and hours each instructor will teach.
