Scenario One

Jon did an excellent job preparing a detailed statistical report for you prior to your budget meeting with the Director. In fact, it was so good you would like Jon to share the format he used with other managers at the upcoming monthly managers’ meeting.

Scenario Two

Scenario Three

Jennifer feels a strong need to provide feedback upward to Carson about her desire to experience some new opportunities and growth.
