College Programs
Why Get an Associates Degree?
Many high wage, high demand occupations require an Associate degree, technical certificate or on-the-job training (apprenticeship) for entry into the profession. These are programs often not considered when talking to high school students about postsecondary school options. Idaho has six technical colleges; one located in each of the six regions of the State of Idaho. We encourage school administrators and counselors to look at the full range of opportunities available to students after high school.
