THE QUALITY ASSURANCE MODEL
This model is merely a graphic presentation of a quality assurance process. It allows all interested parties an overview of how the district plans on moving the Construction Program from conception to a Program of excellence, meeting the needs of students, parents, local businesses, and the district.
Within each step of the process specific outcomes relative to your program will need to be determined. However, if you have followed this overall program development model these outcomes will be readily apparent. It is recommended that you use such a model to communicate the quality assurance process.
