State, Regionals and National Conference Results 2012-2013

 

National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLSC) June 24-28, 2013

Please submit the following to the SkillsUSA Idaho Office by May 3, 2013:


1.) Payment/Purchase Order
2.) Registration Summary Form
3.) Room Reservation Form
4.) Participant Roster (Printed from Registration Site or hand written)
5.) Equipment Transportation Form


Other important details:
Register for the conference by May 3, 2013
Payment are due for NLSC by May 17, 2013

Resumes: Each contestant must bring the resume to the contest orientation meeting at the National conference. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Resumes not turned in at this meeting will be accessed the penalty.

Release Form- ADVISOR must carry a form for every student (starting on page 20 of SLSC Conference Packet)

Fall Leadership Conferences (FLC)

Idaho SkillsUSA will hold three Regional Fall Leadership Conferences. These conferences will provide leadership and chapter training for local Advisors and their SkillsUSA Chapter officers and will be held jointly with Idaho TSA and Idaho HOSA. During these one day events Chapter Officers will receive training to help them organize, grow and sustain their school SkillsUSA chapter.

Cost will be $15.00 per student/advisor attending.

Lunch will be served at each event.

It is recommended that each chapter bring their current officer team or chapter representatives. (No more than 6 chapter representatives please!!)

"CLOSED" Deadline March 1, 2013 Payment and Registration to National SkillsUSA, Leesburg, VA. State Dues are NOT directly collected from Idaho, but should be paid to SkillsUSA National. If your student is NOT affiliated he/she will not be able to attend SLSC or NLSC. There are NO exceptions to this deadline date.

*NOTE Opening and Closing Ceromonies and Soft Skills/Leadership Competitions will be held at the Nampa Civic Center. Other competitions will continue to be held throughout the Treasure Valley. Please adjust your hotel bookings accordingly.
