Performance Management

Online training in Performance Management is provided through the Division of Professional Technical Education. This self-paced course can take two to four hours to complete. It addresses setting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching, realigning performance, and delivering the appraisal. The program offers a certificate upon completion. This course is also an ongoing resource to supervisors, managers, and employees.
