The following conference partners offer reduced lodging rates:
The Grove Hotel. The cutoff date for reservations is May 16, 2008. The rate is $99.00 plus 13% tax per night. Reservations are individual call in, guest pays own charges. The reservation phone number is 888-961-5000 and the booking number is 6964.

Hampton Inn and Suites. The cutoff date for reservations is May 18, 2008. The rate is $99.00 plus taxes per night for a standard room and $109.00 plus taxes per night for a studio suite, guest pays own charges. The direct reservation phone number is 208-331-1900 or 1-800-HAMPTON. The conference is listed as "Department of Education". You may also register on-line at www.hampton.com, where you can scroll down once you are in the reservation process and enter the "Group Code" "IPT". This will take you directly to the above rates. Owyhee Plaza Hotel. The cutoff date for reservations is May 25, 2008. The rate is $85.00 for a single and $95.00 for a double, plus taxes per night, guest pays own charges. The reservation phone number is 208-343-4611 or 1-800-233-4611. The conference is listed at Professional-Technical Education Summer Conference. There are two suites included in this block of rooms at the group rate, available on a first come basis. Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card. If you elect not to use one of the above conference partners, please use accommodations listed at www.boise.org. We qualify for a significant rate reduction at the Centre on the Grove when attendees use accommodations listed at www.boise.org. You will be asked to complete a short survey at registration about your hotel accommodations. Doing this helps keep our conference costs lower.
Parking Information
Parking passes are not available for the conference. Those using hotels in the downtown Boise area may be required to pay for daily parking. Parking information and maps indicating most of the public parking in the downtown area may be found at www.boisecentre.com or www.ccdcboise.com/parking
The Social
The social will be held at Expo Idaho at the fairgrounds on Tuesday, June 17th beginning at 5:00 with a no-host bar and dinner at 5:30. Directions to Expo Idaho are at www.expoidaho.com. Two Tickets are included in the registration fee. Casual attire is appropriate.
Optional Activities: Horse racing at Les Bois Park and Boise Hawks baseball are optional activities located at Expo Idaho at the conclusion of the social.
