The COMPASS test is used by the professional-technical colleges to measure a student's entry-level skills in math, reading and writing. The results are then used to guide the student to the appropriate classes and campus learning resources that will assist the student in fulfilling his or her goals. COMPASS is an adaptive computerized test (no prior computer knowledge is necessary) that takes approximately 2 hours to complete. More information on the COMPASS test and sample questions can be found at http://www.act.org/compass/index.html |
